On the field actions ,PMS expert team recognized that the sticking problem of the tippers had caused loss of time,workforce and money.

LOADING PROCESS

The loading time increases because of the sticking mud layer in the bucket is becoming thick each time of the loading.

 The bucket which PMS is applied,can get the load with its aggregate volume on each time,thereby the truck is being installed in a short period.

TRANSPORT PROCESS

The truck which PMS Lining is not installed has lower expedition round

 The PMS Lining installed truck's expedition round is increasing approximately 17%

The trucks which face with sticking problem, have 2-3 tons of sticking material on their second expedition round. Considering that , these trucks have approx.60 expedition tours daily , it makes 2 tons X 60 expedition tours = 120 tons of sticking mud.

 A lining area of a standart-size truck is 24 m2 on average.The washers (2 kgs on average ) , the metal sheets ( 11,41 kgs on average),the lining material( 354 kgs on average )which are using for the installation, give total 370 kgs on average.
60 expeditions X 370 kgs = 22,2 tons.

DISCHARGING PROCESS

In order to unload the sticking mud from the tipper , the truck makes a hammering action. This back and forth action is very hard and all components of the truck are being damaged.During this action the disharged mud is pouring to the landing field.

It is definete that the components of the truck are not being damaged.

As the tipper is not being discharged completely, an excavator is ready at the landing area for cleaning the tipper. This cleaning action damages the tipper a lot.

 The bulldozer and the excavator can work at any other place as there is no unloading problem on the landing field.
In this way time ,workforce and money are lost!! End of waste of time,workforce and money !!

PMS Lining material ,can be used with Hardox tippers also with the other tipper qualities.

We as PMS recommend aluminium tippers. The aluminium tippers which are installed with PMS ,will live long and the weight on your truck which caused by the tipper ,will be lighter.
